West St. Paul, Minnesota
West St. Paul commissioned Collaborative Design Group to provide design, project management, and construction administration for their new 53,000 square foot maintenance facility. The new facility is state of the art, with geothermal in-floor radiant heat at the mechanics bays and office areas, an overhead bridge crane, and 50,000 pound lift.
Other key features include a new salt/sand storage building, fuel island, police storage, and carpentry, sign, and welding shops. The building includes many energy saving features and meets the sustainable goals established by the City.
