West Side Flats incorporates rental housing with retail and restaurant uses. The primary building within this multi-phase, mixed-use development is a six story apartment. One level of below grade structured parking provides for approximately 180 units. The building massing and façade design have been developed to maximize visual and pedestrian orientation to the Mississippi River and Street.
