The Shorewood City Hall addition and renovation project greatly corrected the building’s basic deficiencies and improved its functional and aesthetic needs. The existing 5,000 sf office building was completely transformed, adding 1,700 sf of new space and creating a fresh new look for the building entrance. Life safety systems and ADA upgrades were completed, and the interior renovation ensures the City Hall will perform efficiently well into the future.
