CDG designed NorthMarq’s new management office, located in Midwest Plaza in downtown Minneapolis and home to their downtown leasing operations. The design is bold and refreshing, with clean lines and elegant finishes, and was meant to complement Northmarq’s new branding efforts. The build-out consists of 8,000 sf of offices, conference room, board room, lobby, and teaming areas.
