University of Minnesota | Minneapolis, Minnesota

Nicholson Hall is an 88,000 sf building located in the Historic Knoll District of the University of Minnesota campus. Collaborative Design Group designed the complete renovation and restoration of the building, including the demolition of portions of the building, reconstruction of the foundation and floor structure, interior reconfiguration, and replacement of the roof, windows, and mechanical and electrical systems. The renovated facility was programmed to provide space for two academic units of the College of Liberal Arts, technology rich classrooms, office space, a writing center, advising services, and student study space.

Nicholson Hall is one of over 100 projects CDG has completed at the University of Minnesota.
