The Fire Station expansion and renovation project updated an existing station that serves seven communities along the St. Croix River, north of Afton, Minnesota. The 11,800 sf facility includes an apparatus bay addition, apparatus support expansion, EMS medical cleanup, and storage areas. The project also included the remodel of existing office spaces and the addition of new offices, training room, and kitchen. A new front façade was designed to modernize the appearance and integrate the additions with the original building.
