The Crossing is a mixed-use development located on six acres adjacent to Cannon River in Northfield. The site consists of two condominiums and four commercial buildings. The condominium buildings are four-stories over two levels of parking, each containing 55 units of housing with associated amenity space. The commercial buildings anchor the site on the west, providing approximately 24,500 sf of office and retail space. The site and building design respond to Northfield’s rich historic context and create new connections to the Cannon River from downtown.
