The Block 9 Ramp is a new precast ramp structure that serves an adjacent mixed-use building in downtown Fargo. Budget was crucial during the Block 9 project, as the client was seeking a ramp that could be built as economically as possible. It was also important that the ramp’s aesthetic complemented the attached mixed-use housing, hotel, office, and retail tower. CDG designed the new ramp and provided construction administration for the project.
