Red Wing, Minnesota
Alliance Bank, a family owned, community bank with ten locations in Minnesota and Wisconsin, selected Collaborative Design Group to provide design services for their new Red Wing branch bank. Design work was inspired by the rich Red Wing tradition of commercial architecture and features extensive masonry and cast stone trim. Taking advantage of its dramatic site, all interior spaces have sweeping views of the landscape of the Mississippi valley. The signature lobby features a fireplace set in a dramatic bay, opening to a walk-out terrace overlooking the surrounding meadows and ponds. The highly sustainable 5,000 sf bank features 3 teller windows, 2 drive-thru lanes, ATM and safe deposit boxes, high-efficiency systems, and extensive daylighting.
