The project included 57 units (studios, one bedroom, one-bedroom plus, and two bedrooms), with 2 levels of underground parking and an exterior courtyard. The top floor features five penthouses with outdoor patio space.
The building’s exterior features a stone and brick façade designed to be complimentary to its historic neighborhood. Inside, the units have ten-foot ceilings, hardwood floors, and balconies.
