5000 France is a mixed-use development that remakes part of the upscale 50th and France retail district, which is well known for its shopping and restaurants. The new structure combines 22,000 sf of street-level retail shops, office space, and a restaurant with 23 luxury condominiums in the upper three floors. Underground parking is provided for the condominium owners.
